I realized cricket will do whatever they can to scam ppl for more money and never accept responsibility for there mistakes. They refused to accept that response and I spoke with a supervisor 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ And she just repeated herself 10 times.
Now, my problem is I made the exact amount “the system told me to make. Then I was told that because I didn’t make a certain payment this is the reason it was shut off. Well, since there’s no customer service agents there to assist overnight.
Then sometime around the earlier morning of Sept 5 Labor Day my phone gets turned off. I paid my bill on the 30 or 31 of August. Everything on my account was up to date. My bill was due on Aug 28 and I setup bridge pay on the 29. So, I recently had my own experience with Cricket and bridge pay. I've been with Cricket for more than 5 years I set a bridge pay multiple times they do not explain the policy of bridge pay they just take your money and let you figure out your own if you missed the due date that bridge pay is set up the money that you use for bridge pay it's not apply to your account you have to pay the full balance in order to get your service turned back on that is not what they explain to you when you set it up I spent more money on Bridge pay and still lose my money for bridge pay in order to double down to pay the service that is not acceptable you do not take people money like that and you don't explain it to your customers you treat your customers so poorly your services are poor you have buffering low speed service Dead Zone your phones don't work half the time I received a upgrade and it did not work it was nothing I could do about the phone I spend more money for nothing you have a app that's called added up which is the third party it applied to my account but once it applied to my account and you miss your date you basically did all that work for your added up for nothing you pay extra money to set up the bridge pay for nothing and pay it all over again when the payment is paid you paid your bridge pay was supposed to apply to your about your account your account is now had to be paid in full plus and exit dollars that you didn't know nothing about that is terrible how customer service they treat you I spoke to a woman today trying to get help with
